Kaji katli is famous Indian sweet.It is also called cashew fudge or kaji burfi. It is thin, mouthwatering,it just melts in mouth..
In
a thick wide pan add sugar and 1/2 cup of water .. let it boil.. when it
reaches single thread consistency add cashew powder mix well.. Cook well in
medium flame. .. stir continuously at one stage it will form semi wet dough
like consistency ..
In a plate apply ghee.. add cashew mixture to plate.. let it cool for few mins.. Don't let it cool completely
now important part knead this dough well it forms smooth like chapati dough..
Roll dough ghee greased plate.cut whatever shapes u like..

Ingredients:
- cashew nuts - 1 cup
- sugar - 3/4 cup
- water - 1/2 cup
Method:
Grind the cashew nuts in coffee grinder or spice grinder..

Tips:
If your dough is dry add little milk..
If
u add milk u can't store it for long time
